Hello December

Usually this blog is done on the 1st December but there was just too much excitement yesterday for me to even think about the month ahead. This is the first blog of the potential second year of blogging everyday... Let's see how far I can make it this year! But before I think about that next challenge, I shall focus on each month at a time rather than setting another huge challenge.
What better way to take each month at a time than possibly the most exciting month of the whole year. It's the month of the year that every child can't wait for, every parent dreads a little and every purse screams in pain. This is what my December is going to consist of:

4th December - Second observation from my ULT. I am planning a Science lesson on light and dark and I really really hope that the children like it and I get a good observation!

5th December - I am being observed by one of the senior management team in the school my placement is and I am officially bricking it. I am being observed on phonics and I am freaking out just a little because I am not that great at teaching it. I need to get some exciting ideas about how to rock teaching phonics and hope that I get a good observation also.

6th December - I am doing my first half day management where I am teaching from 9AM-12:20PM, that means 4 lessons that I have to plan, teach and then evaluate in one day. I am a little nervous but also so ready to take it on and hopefully not do too badly. It's gearing me up for when I do a whole day management in the coming weeks.

10th December - My little lovelies have their Christmas performance and considering I've had the songs stuck in my head for the last two weeks, I know it is going to be adorable. They are going to be little cowboys and I can't wait to watch their performance.

11th December - Christmas dinner at school.

14th December - I have a cute little Christmas tea party to go to that is being hosted by my friend! I'm so excited.

20th December - This is my last day at my placement school and I know I'm going to be so incredibly sad to say goodbye to them all. They're all such little darlings that I've grown so attached to. I don't want to have to go back to uni and not teach them. I will miss them.

20th-31st December - Sometime during these days I should be going Winter Wonderland with my friends if we can all figure out a day that we can go!

21st December - WICKED MUSICAL WITH CHLOE!

23rd December - My Mum's birthday.

25th December - CHRISTMAS!!

27th December - My sister's birthday

31st December - Hopefully getting drunk for New Year's Eve and saying a very big farewell to 2013. It hasn't been the nicest to my family so I can't wait to see the back of it.

It turns out that December is one of my busiest weeks and I can't wait for all the exciting things that are happening during this month. Time seems to be flying by so fast and I don't know whether I have time to blink before it speeds on by without me realising!

Leave a comment below of your exciting December plans because I would love to know how you're spending your December.

I love you all!
Enjoy your Monday
